Mrs. Asha Singhania, wife of Shri OP Singhania was born in Rajim (Chattisgarh) and brought up in Gondia (Maharashtra). She completed her Masters in Home-Economics from the University of Maharashtra. She was the Treasurer of Mahila Seva Evam Kalyan Samiti, a non-profit organization founded and run by the first lady of Chhattisgarh. Mrs. Singhania is a staunch believer of giving back and has always been involved in social upliftment endeavors. She is the Chairperson of this Foundation and will directly supervise the philanthropic activities of the foundation.

Shri OP Singhania was born in Lailunga in the year 1958 and studied in the Government School in Lailunga till Class 11. He went to Calcutta for higher studies and completed his B.Com from the University of Calcutta in 1978. He went on to become a Chartered Accountant from SR BotliBoi & Co. (now Ernst & Young). OP Singhania moved to Raipur in 1983 to start his professional practice. He founded OP Singhania & Co, a Chartered Accountant Firm in Raipur. Presently, he is the Managing Partner of JDS & Co, one of the leading CA firms of Chhattisgarh. Mr Singhania, inspired from his father, has been associated with various philanthropic activities throughout his career including Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Shikshadeep Trust, Modern Medical Institute and Deshbandhu Pratibha Protsahan Kosh.
Opsinghania promoted Opsinghania & Co, a leading chartered accountant firm of Central India promoted in 1983.
Later he become the partner of singhi & co , the 7 th largest accounting firm of india ethics and international affiliation with Moor Global , the 10 th largest accounting firm of the globe .
